Managing, maintaining, and optimising Microsoft-based and other Identity IT environments to ensure reliability, security, and performance.🔄
Leading system upgrades
Assisting in leading and working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate system upgrades, testing, maintenance, and change.🌱
Mentoring junior staff
