You'll be responsible for

Providing Tier 2 support

Delivering high-quality Tier 2 support for maintaining multiple large Enterprise environments across various locations.

Troubleshooting application functionality

Investigating and resolving issues related to application performance and crashes for both Windows and Linux systems.

Communicating effectively

Engaging with diverse individuals and teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
