You'll be responsible for

Handling support tickets

Resolving complex technical problems to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

Managing end point software

Overseeing software installation, licensing, and end user device setup and transfer.
👩‍🏫

Mentoring junior engineers

Acting as an escalation point for the Service Desk and providing hands-on support when required.

5+ years of systems engineering experience

Demonstrated experience in a Senior Systems Engineer role or similar.
