You'll be responsible for

Engaging in tax advisory work
Be engaged to work on the full kaleidoscope of Private Equity/M&A tax advisory work including tax due diligence and transaction structuring.📞
Acting as a contact person
Act as a contact person for internal stakeholders and assist with communications with external stakeholders.🤝
Building client relationships

2-4 years of M&A tax experience
Experience in M&A/Deals Advisory or Corporate tax practice.View
🎓
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, or Law
Relevant qualifications with professional certifications like CA or CTA.View
