Leading and managing staff
Provide leadership and management of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality child protection services.🛠️
Developing service responses
In conjunction with the Service Centre Manager, develop appropriate service responses to meet the identified needs of clients.👥
Participating in management team
Actively participate as a member of the Child Safety Service Centre Management Team and in quality assurance reviews.What we're looking for
