You'll be responsible for

Improving automation
Improve, build and maintain automation across supported systems, including developing and operating image-based update functionality for fielded devices.🛠️
Providing technical support
Provide Level 2 technical support for C2 software and services escalated by Level 1 Field Services Engineers.🤝
Collaborating with teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement long-term solutions to recurring problems.Key criteria

5+ years in technical roles
Experience in technical positions, especially in Linux environments.View

Linux server management
Proven ability to manage and configure Linux servers remotely.View
