You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining equipment
Installing, repairing, and maintaining End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment and Systems at client locations.💻
Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
Offering both remote and on-site support to all End Users for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.🌟
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
