You'll be responsible for

Providing Field Engineering support

Delivering comprehensive support for an assigned base of large and complex clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Taking ownership of onsite service activity

Managing all aspects of onsite service to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Performing advanced-level maintenance

Conducting maintenance and low-complexity installation activities on all products, ensuring optimal performance.

Field engineering experience

2–4 years of hands-on experience in field engineering roles.
