You'll be responsible for

Delivering on-site and remote operational support to QCS sites, primarily within a Microsoft environment.

Configuring and managing ICT environments

Utilising high-level technical expertise to configure, install, monitor, support, and manage ICT environments.

Training end users

Offering training on the QCS desktop environment and applications to end users as needed.
