Delivering technology-based services
As a senior member of Client Services, deliver second level and some third level technology-based services and solutions that support the team and Health IT manager/s to achieve results.🔧
Troubleshooting issues
Work to resolve both routine and complex operational requirements and issues experienced by the health IT customer base.📚
Maintaining documentation
Contribute to the maintenance of supporting documentation and deliver services in accordance with service level agreements.What we're looking for
