Leading planning and scheduling strategy

Lead the planning and scheduling strategy for labour and assets, while acting as the key interface for critical stakeholders in Western Australia.

Driving standardised practices

Drive standardised rostering and scheduling practices, governance frameworks and supporting systems that align with legislative requirements, company policies and business unit standards.
👩‍🏫

Coaching and developing team

Lead, coach and develop the rostering and scheduling team to deliver an integrated operational plan that improves asset utilisation, productivity and service outcomes, while controlling cost.
