You'll be responsible for

Scoping and leading strategic research
Define and manage research programs that clarify where and how AI should assist users, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.🏆
Defining AI excellence
Establish evaluation frameworks for AI experiences focusing on trust, controllability, and safety, translating these into design principles and reusable patterns.🔗
Bridging disciplines and driving alignment
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and People Scientists to shape hypotheses and use data to drive clarity on high-stakes product bets.What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience running complex studies in SaaS environments.View
