You'll be responsible for

Scoping and leading strategic research

Define and manage research programs that clarify where and how AI should assist users, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.

Defining AI excellence

Establish evaluation frameworks for AI experiences focusing on trust, controllability, and safety, translating these into design principles and reusable patterns.

Bridging disciplines and driving alignment

Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and People Scientists to shape hypotheses and use data to drive clarity on high-stakes product bets.

5+ years of UX research experience

Demonstrated experience running complex studies in fast-paced SaaS environments.
