This job is about joining the People Technology, Data & Insights team as a Workday Reporting Consultant. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of the Bank's people by leveraging data and technology to deliver innovative analytics solutions. You'll be responsible for

Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Working closely with colleagues across the People Department to uplift the quality and depth of reporting and analytics capabilities.
