The Service Navigation & Intake Lead is a pivotal role at CARED, guiding participants through their journey from new enquiry to first booked appointment. This position ensures that referrals are handled promptly and effectively, making a significant impact on the participant experience. You'll be responsible for

📞

Contacting new enquiries

Contact new enquiries promptly and complete same-day callbacks wherever possible.

Conducting intake conversations

Conduct structured intake conversations with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other referrers.

Managing referrals

Progress referrals from enquiry through to signed Service Agreement, practitioner match and booked appointment.

Key criteria

📞

Customer service experience

3+ years in customer service or allied health settings.

Strong communication skills

Proven telephone and written communication abilities.

Experience with CRM systems

Familiarity with HubSpot, Cliniko, or similar platforms.
