Designing and configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs.

Developing integrations

Developing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.

Proven experience in ServiceNow Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles.
