Participating in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Designing and configuring ServiceNow modules

Designing and configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM, HRSD, and others based on business needs.

Developing integrations

Developing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
