About the job

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will enhance and evolve AP+'s ServiceNow platform, delivering secure and user-centric IT services. Your work will directly impact service delivery and operational excellence, making a real difference in the organization. Collaboration with technology and business stakeholders is key, as you will be encouraged to bring your big ideas forward and contribute to a vibrant team culture.

You'll be responsible for

Designing and developing ServiceNow applications

Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations and platform capabilities that deliver reliable, high-performing IT services.
⚙️

Configuring and optimizing the ServiceNow platform

Configure and optimise the ServiceNow platform to improve availability, stability, performance and user experience.
🤝

Partnering with stakeholders

Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and prioritise requirements, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
