Managing the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of CFA's ServiceNow environment to ensure it remains secure, stable, and reliable.⚙️

Configuring and maintaining workflows, forms, automations, and integrations using standard ServiceNow tools.🛡️
Troubleshooting platform issues
