You'll be responsible for

Coordinating subcontractor documentation
Managing subcontractor submissions, negotiations, insurance claims, and services documentation.✅
Ensuring contract compliance
Ensuring pre-completion activities, certificates and head contractor obligations (OH&S, energy, efficiency, green credentials) are met.🛠️
Supporting design and installation
Supporting the Services Manager across mechanical, fire, and left services design and operations, plus programme/procurement planning.Key criteria

Mechanical engineering qualifications
Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or equivalent services trade.View

Building and construction experience
Solid experience in the building and construction industry.View

Understanding of building commissioning
