Successfully managing and delivering the services design to brief/specification and onsite installation within time, cost, and programme requirements.

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaising with contract administration and design consultants to ensure effective service coordination and evaluation of tenders.

Overseeing service delivery

Managing the timely provision of temporary services and ensuring safe conditions are maintained throughout the project.

Services engineering experience

Proven experience as a services engineer or manager in construction.
