Developing strengths based case plans that support participants to achieve their settlement goals and build independence.

Coaching clients

Coaching clients to navigate community, government, health and welfare services while strengthening their social, communication and problem solving skills.

Building partnerships

Building strong partnerships with community organisations and stakeholders to create opportunities for engagement, learning and social connection.

Key criteria

📚

Tertiary qualification in community services

Minimum Certificate IV in Community Services or related discipline.

Experience with CALD communities

Demonstrated experience supporting culturally diverse individuals and families.
