Delivering expertise in the design and operations of nuclear steam raising plants in nuclear-powered submarines.

Performing Shift Test Engineer assignments

Independently preparing for and accomplishing nuclear steam raising plant testing, operations, and maintenance.

Leading pre-shift training

Conducting training and briefing events with Ship’s Force to ensure readiness for NSRP testing and operations.

Key criteria

Bachelor of Engineering degree

Possession of a relevant engineering degree is essential.

Formal nuclear training

Demonstrated training in nuclear disciplines is required.

Experience in defence or submarines

Experience within the defence industry or submarines is desirable.
