Providing administrative support to our site leadership and projects team

Liaising with planning team

Liaising with our Perth based planning team regarding changes to flights, accommodation, transfers

Coordinating meetings

Coordinate meetings, preparing and distributing minutes

Key criteria

12 months FIFO site administration experience

Experience supporting site leadership in mining environments.

Strong proficiency in MS Office

Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with CMS/Workflow/SAM/Pegasus

Familiarity with relevant administrative software is highly desirable.
