You'll be responsible for

Leading property clearance and due diligence

Lead and deliver a statewide property clearance and due diligence pipeline, ensuring residual, surplus and underutilised assets progress efficiently through planning, approvals and readiness activities to achieve development, enhancement and divestment outcomes.

Overseeing property pipeline management

Oversee property pipeline management, clearance and due diligence activities, driving properties efficiently through planning, approvals and readiness processes while maximising value, mitigating risk and supporting broader government and organisational objectives.
👥

Providing leadership across stakeholder engagement

Providing leadership across stakeholder engagement, governance and property enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Transport’s long-term property, operational and financial strategies, delivering sustainable and commercially sound property outcomes.
