Overseeing the development and embedding of portfolio delivery standards across Transport initiatives to improve efficiency and governance.

Providing independent risk-based assurance

Ensuring assurance activities are targeted and evidence-based, focusing on areas of greatest delivery risk and strategic importance.
🤝

Building a collaborative team culture

Leading a team of 6–10 direct reports to foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

10+ years in portfolio delivery

Proven experience in standards and assurance within complex environments.
