You'll be responsible for

Providing leadership

Provide leadership across systems governance, assurance, data management and access control practices within a complex and highly regulated environment.

Ensuring system integrity

Ensure the integrity, security and compliant operation of workforce systems, primarily supporting Hire to Retire (HTR) and Time to Pay (TTP) capabilities.
🚦

Driving audits and compliance reviews

Drive audits, compliance reviews, risk management activities, control health checks and remediation initiatives, acting as a key escalation point for privacy, security and system access matters.
