Providing Physician Services
Deliver contemporary comprehensive Physician services and Medical Governance for optimal patient outcomes for the Hospital in the Home (HiTH) Model of Care.🔗
Establishing Multidisciplinary Approach
Establish and maintain a district-wide multidisciplinary approach to care in partnership with Nurse Practitioners and the multidisciplinary team.🌐
Delivering Integrated Care
Work to deliver holistic integrated care in line with HITH PD2025_004.Key criteria

Current medical registration
Valid registration as a Medical Specialist with AHPRAView
🎓
Fellowship of FRACP
Fellowship with subspecialty training in medical oncologyView

Multidisciplinary team leadership
