You'll be responsible for

Supporting client wellbeing

Work collaboratively with SEWB team members to support client wellbeing and recovery through various services.

Planning and delivering community events

Assist in organizing SEWB events and community gatherings to promote health and wellbeing.

Building relationships

Establish and maintain connections with external agencies to enhance client outcomes and support services.

Key criteria

Understanding of SEWB, AOD, and Mental Health

Knowledge of culturally appropriate care models for wellbeing support.
