About the job

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Commercial team and help bring our mission to life across social media, email, website and digital campaigns. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on social media, content creation, copywriting and digital campaign delivery. You’ll help implement Invictus Australia’s marketing and communications strategy across digital channels, creating content that grows engaged communities, supports fundraising and partnerships, helps translate our growing knowledge base, and helps more veterans and families understand how to connect with sport and recreation opportunities. You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team, so we’re looking for someone who is creative, organised, willing to work hard and calm under pressure. Our communications can involve stories of service, injury, illness, transition, recovery, grief, family support and suicide prevention, so maturity, care and respect for sensitive content are essential.
