Planning and coordinating social work services
Planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality social work to people attending the SESLHD Drug and Alcohol Service, consistent with SESLHD policies, procedures and standards.❤️
Providing compassionate care
Delivering compassionate care to individuals, families, and the community related to drug and alcohol use.🌍
Engaging with diverse communities
Working closely with community to strengthen connections and engagement with healthcare, particularly for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers.
