Providing senior clinical leadership
Offer senior clinical leadership within Social Work service provision, optimizing patient/client care delivery.🌱
Mentoring and developing staff
Support the mentoring and development of staff, providing supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Work closely with consumers, families, and service providers to improve mental health services.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work
Eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social WorkersView
🩺
Advanced clinical knowledge and experience
Significant experience in social work at Level 2 or higherView

High-level communication skills
