The internship opportunity with the TikTok Engineering Test Team is all about quality assurance for innovative product features and protecting user data. This team is dedicated to delivering quality at speed, and you will play a vital role in refining the next-generation intelligent experience. Collaboration with engineering and algorithm teammates is key, as you embark on a journey to explore cutting-edge technologies and solutions.

You'll be responsible for

Participating in quality assurance

Participating in quality assurance for TikTok’s Live LLM initiatives, and assisting in building the quality system for large model applications.

Tool development

Taking part in tool development for the industry-leading test team during the AI transformation across all testing phases.

Working on quality and efficiency projects

Working on quality and efficiency special projects based on LLM, including change control, automated testing, search effectiveness evaluation, and LLM security.

Key criteria

💻

Programming proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++

Solid foundation in at least one programming language for development tasks.
