This Software Engineer job offers a fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Care Experience team within the Digital Business and Customer Care team. You will play a vital role in developing high-impact products that support partner agencies and small businesses in New South Wales. You'll be responsible for

Maintaining security compliance

Maintaining the security profile of our products and ensuring compliance with Service NSW security standards.

Building applications

Building applications using Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

Supporting product managers

Supporting product managers and designers in driving smart implementation of high impact solutions to business and customer problems.

Experience with Service NSW tech stack

Proven experience with Spring Boot, Kotlin, React, and AWS.
