As a Software Engineer in the Policy team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer acquisition and sales tools for brokers. Play an integral part in influencing the engineering team’s rhythm, culture, and processes, positively impacting architecture, design, coding, deployment, and support.

Designing scalable solutions

Be part of a team responsible for designing and delivering robust and scalable solutions that meet customer needs.

Supporting production code

Own the code you and your team build, supporting debugging and monitoring in production environments.

Skills you'll need

💻

Full-stack or back-end development experience

4-5 years of experience in a full-stack capacity or as a back-end specialist, with some exposure to front-end and/or operations.
🧪

Automated testing

Experience with automated testing in both legacy code and greenfield scenarios, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
🐍

Experience with Kotlin, Java, Scala, or Python

Proficiency in delivering self-testing code to production using languages such as Kotlin, Java, Scala, or Python.
