You'll be responsible for
⚖️
Conducting regulatory enforcement proceedings
Assisting with and conduct of regulatory enforcement proceedings, planning and environment matters, employment law matters, land court matters, and many other types of litigation.✍️
Drafting commercial agreements
Drafting and advising with respect to commercial agreements and property transactions.📋
Advising on public law matters
Advising across administrative and public law matters relating to regulatory and policy obligations relevant to local government.Key criteria

Law degree and Queensland practising certificate
Possession of a Law degree and current Queensland practising certificate.View

2+ years post admission experience
Demonstrated experience in generalist litigation practice.View
