Collaborative engagement

Partnering with PS Project and Customer Success Managers to kick off engagements and ensure seamless handoffs.

Driving customer adoption

Facilitating remote and onsite working sessions for discovery, design, and deployment to accelerate LogicMonitor adoption.

IT operations experience

3+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or DevOps.
