You'll be responsible for

Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent using a range of tools and platforms.

Conducting market research

Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to support priority hiring needs.

Building talent pipelines

Build and maintain accurate, audit-ready pipelines within ATS/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
