Managing and resolving Professional Indemnity claims, providing expert advice and support on risk assessment, claim investigation and mitigation strategies tailored to the surveying and building certification sector.🎤
Presenting at seminars
Preparing and presenting frequently at relevant building industry seminars.📞
Liaising with stakeholders
Liaising with clients, brokers, legal teams, and industry experts to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.What we're looking for

Law degree and admission
Possession of a law degree with admission to practice law.View

5+ years in claims management
Proven experience managing Professional Indemnity claims in a senior capacity.View
