You'll be responsible for

Leading complex ER case management

Managing sensitive ER cases, including misconduct, with sound judgement and expertise.

Providing expert advice and coaching

Offering guidance to leaders on ER and IR matters to influence positive outcomes and uplift capability.
🤝

Supporting enterprise bargaining initiatives

Engaging in strategy development, negotiation, and implementation of enterprise bargaining agreements.

Key criteria

Proven experience in ER/IR

Demonstrated experience in complex, unionised organisations.
