You'll be responsible for

Conducting risk assessments
Performing ongoing risk assessments and safety planning using agreed tools to ensure the safety of children and families.📈
Delivering case management
Providing effective case management to children and young people, ensuring their needs are met and supported.👨👩👧👦
Providing parenting support
Offering parenting support that strengthens positive interactions between parents and children.Key criteria
🎓
Degree or diploma in relevant field
Possession of a degree or diploma in Social Work, Early Childhood, or related area.View

Experience in community services
Demonstrated experience in a community services setting.View
