You'll be responsible for

Delivering screening and triage

Conducting risk assessments and connecting individuals and families to appropriate services and supports.
⚖️

Assessing risks and needs

Prioritizing the safety concerns of victim survivors, children, families, and perpetrators in collaboration with a team.
🗂️

Maintaining client records

Keeping accurate records within the Orange Door CRM system and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Key criteria

🎓

AQF Level 7 qualification

Possession of an AQF Level 7 qualification in family violence or related discipline.

Experience in family violence sector

Demonstrated experience working in the family violence sector.
