About the job

The Specialist – Learning Enablement plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of training and enablement activities across Rio Tinto’s Modern ERP program. This job is all about mobilising and empowering a global workforce, ensuring that early adopters and trainers are set up for success. Collaboration is key, as the team works closely with stakeholders to drive training readiness and successful adoption, creating a positive impact across multiple regions.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting the rollout of the Train-the-Trainer model

Facilitating the implementation of the Train-the-Trainer model across the global program to ensure effective training delivery.
👥

Coordinating onboarding of large training cohorts

Managing the onboarding process for large training cohorts and early adopters, ensuring they are ready for delivery.
🤝

Building and maintaining a support model for trainers

Creating a robust support system for trainers, including regular touchpoints and guidance to maintain engagement.
