You'll be responsible for

Supporting the rollout of the Train-the-Trainer model
Facilitating the implementation of the Train-the-Trainer model across the global program to ensure effective training delivery.👥
Coordinating onboarding of large training cohorts
Managing the onboarding process for large training cohorts and early adopters, ensuring they are ready for delivery.🤝
Building and maintaining a support model for trainers
Creating a robust support system for trainers, including regular touchpoints and guidance to maintain engagement.Key criteria
