Shaping program strategy & scope
Support framing of strategic options, sequencing/prioritisation and materials for Executive forums.🔧
Designing interim & target operating models
Assist integrating process, people, data and technology; help produce clear, evidence-based designs and business cases.🗺️
Maintaining the integrated roadmap
Help build and update the business + technology delivery roadmap; flag critical-path issues early.What we're looking for
