You'll be responsible for

Supporting NDIS participants

Working across Bankstown to support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years with a varied community caseload, including language, mealtimes, feeding, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC.

Completing assessments and designing therapy plans

Conducting meaningful assessments and creating practical therapy plans tailored to participants' needs.

Building relationships and tracking progress

Establishing long-term relationships with participants and monitoring their progress throughout therapy.

Key criteria

Speech pathology qualification

Degree in Speech Pathology, graduating in 2026 or January 2027.

Driver's licence

Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for travel.

Current NDIS Worker Screening and willingness to obtain checks.
