You'll be responsible for

Conducting thorough assessments to understand the needs of NDIS participants and inform therapy plans.

Designing practical therapy plans

Creating tailored therapy plans that are participant-led and focused on achieving real progress.

Building long-term relationships

Establishing and nurturing relationships with participants to support their ongoing development and success.
