About the job

As a Speech Pathologist at Blue Care, you will provide individualised, person-centred speech therapy to elderly clients in Caboolture and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for

Providing individualised speech therapy

Delivering tailored speech therapy to elderly clients to enhance their independence and wellbeing.

Screening and assessing clients

Proactively evaluating clients to create and maintain individualised care plans.

Liaising with multidisciplinary teams

Maintaining open communication with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
