Diagnosing hotspots using tcpdump/pcap, kernel metrics and code runtime analysis.

Leading design and code reviews

Leading design and code reviews; writing crisp experiment notes; mentoring engineers across teams.

10+ years in high-performance systems

Extensive experience building efficient systems with C++ expertise.
