You'll be responsible for

Providing post-sales technical support

Delivering configurations, troubleshooting, and adherence to standard methodologies via phone, email, and web channels.

Managing support cases

Ensuring issues are accurately recorded, tracked, resolved, and followed up on in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Applying fault isolation and root cause analysis

Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently to enhance product reliability and performance.
