Developing strategies
Develop strategy and provide technical subject matter expertise in the development of physical and psychosocial risk and work design strategy across Amazon AU.📈
Supporting WHS performance
Assist the WHS Manager to ensure delivery of Health, Safety and Wellness performance in line with personal, team and functional goals and objectives, programs and projects.💪
Implementing wellness programs
Be a key driver in the development and implementation of programs specific to occupational health, wellness, injury prevention, injury management, and return to work.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree or above
Essential educational qualification for the job.View

3+ years in WHS program management
Demonstrated experience in workplace health and safety.View

Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation
