The Continuous Feedback team is looking for a Staff Front End Engineer to help shape intelligent, AI-supported experiences that transform how feedback is given and received, fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.

You'll be responsible for

Leading technical vision and implementation

Lead the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of large-scale AI-supported front end solutions in React and Typescript, directly supporting critical product experiences in Continuous Feedback. This includes designing intuitive UIs for intelligent feedback analysis, surfacing relevant insights, and guiding user interactions.

Championing engineering best practices

Champion the adoption of engineering best practices—including accessibility, quality, performance, and maintainability—drawing on Culture Amp’s unified Next.js-based front end stack and the Kaizen Design System.
🤝

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn customer problems into product outcomes. You’ll help define, slice, and deliver features that make a real impact for managers and employees using feedback daily.
